General Manager

We are looking for a General Manager to join our team in the HVAC and Plumbing industry. As a General Manager, you will be responsible for all sales goals for the branch, Sales management, sales training and development of field staff, oversee daily business operations, manage staff, and ensure excellent customer service. • Push revenue to goals set by leadership
• Manage field staff to KPI’s and efficiency improvements

Qualifications:

• 5+ years in leadership
